Although we pride ourselves in the consistent fitment and quality of our parts, due to the nature of fiberglass manufacturing, it may be necessary to fit, trim, fill, grind, and prep parts before final installation and paint. We recommend professional installation by an entity with experience installing aftermarket automotive fiberglass products.  Some additional fees may be incurred for proper fitment. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment issues or minor damages.

All parts are for off-road and show use only.

Remember that if you prep, prime, paint, drill into, install, or modify the part in any way whatsoever, you will take over full liability for the part and may also jeopardize the ability to install the part appropriately.

Again, the buyer fully understands that due to the fact that most body kits are made of fiberglass chips and cracks may need to be repaired prior to installation - This is normal with fiberglass parts.  Please do the appropriate research into the installation of aftermarket fiberglass parts. It is the customers responsibility to understand all of the work involved in the installation process.

It is possible a fiberglass kit may need prep work including filling gaps, trimming, grinding, additional fiberglass reinforcement, etc. We recommend the retail customer seek an experienced custom shop to do the install that understands the proper procedures of installing fiberglass kits. We do not recommend a collision shop as they are only experienced in installing OEM parts that are direct bolt-on, not installing fiberglass parts.

Felony Form is not responsible for damage to your car, engine, or other parts, labor, personal injury, or any other damage or injury resulting from use of its products. Buyer understands all parts are aftermarket parts and have no OEM specifications.
